Persian Falconer Enamel Pendant

Persian Falconer

A reversible silver pendant done as a final project for an Islamic Art History class. The trick was to present this with documentation and slides to prove that it could have been done in 12-13th century Persia. The background is basse-taille with transparent over, and the design is taken from a mina'i bowl. Silver work done by (and overall design approved by) partner, Mark Fenn.
